I have been slow posting this. It was my first time there, I had a pedicure a couple of weeks ago and it was lovely the the girl was nice and gentle with me and informative on the 'health' of my feet. It was very clean and tidy. I had a lovely relaxing time there. I will definitely be returning, it's was great! I was so happy with my pedicure, my feet were too!!
Came here Wednesday 26th October 2022 to have my eyebrows threaded and tinted and have eyelash extensions for a wedding to which I was attending on the Friday. They came out beautifully, however most of the eyelashes had come off by Thursday evening which meant they were completely ruined and too late to fix in time for the wedding which really disappointed me as I paid £25 for them
fixed my brows after i’d neglected them for a while, shaped them beautifully and tinted the perfect shade too, all for an amazing price :)
Stay away from this shop. They messed up my eyebrows and said this is my fault because they working all day and they tired. It’s y fault because I came 10 mins because they’re close. If you can’t take the customer juts say you can’t. Why are you taking Custumer in and rush it?
Arrived at 13:10, was told to take a seat even though there were no seats available. I was not told there would be a wait so just stood there. My turn finally arrived at 13:40 however I waited another 20 minutes on the chair. The staff member did not want to do my full face and kept serving customers who came after me saying it will only take 5 minutes. Other customers were offered tea and coffee whilst I was still waiting. The staff member tried to get one of their colleagues to do my full face but they were busy. After faffing about the staff member was finally ready to do my full face to this point I had enough and booked elsewhere whilst I was waiting. It was clear the staff member was not interested and did not want to risk a bad job. Very poor customer service and would definitely not return. I used to visit Rose every week but will defo be taking my business elsewhere.
