Been having my lashes done here for the last 3 months. I always go for the natural look lashes and I get compliments everywhere. The whole shop is really welcoming and hygienic. I had to come in for a patch test which was good. They have lots of services available, staff are knowledgeable and they’re always talking about being sent off on some extra training so you know they’re staying up to date. Lashes also last a really long time and I didn’t have to change my washing routine which I was worried about. Worth the price! I would recommend to all my friends.
I visited for skincare advice and met with Gamna who was lovely and very patient and her assessment was spot on as the products that I bought have made an instant difference. I'm booked in for a facial massage, pedicure and to get my nails done in a few weeks and looking forward to it
I got my lashes extension done here and they all fell in 2 days, after I complained and went for them to fix it , they Charged me again!!!! And the 2nd time she put so much glue in my lashes that I could see the glue and my lashes got so stiff, after they came off, ALL MY NATURAL LASHES WERE GONE!!!! After I left the review they contacted me and told me that I can go back and they will find a solution! I did not want to do anything else for my lashes so they can grow back but I have changed my review from 1star to 3 because of their great customer service.
The time at 27two6 is lovely all of the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is just right. Love my bit of escape time here. Kiri was as professional as she always is. Did my waxing and eyebrow tint and lash lift and tint which I adore!! Having never had it before they look so effective (previously had Russian lashes etc here) always a relaxed environment with Kiri and pleased to hear she is now in a mangers position. Wonderful news. Booked my appts up until January 23 whilst I was Spa is clean and smells divine, the atmosphere is lovely and no clique to make you feel uncomfortable. Always amazing service 5*
