We are so grateful to Bob and his team for all their hard work to renovate our house. They were very reliable and hardworking throughout. They completed all jobs to a high standard and in a very timely manner. We were expecting our baby soon after renovations started. The team worked incredibly hard to compete everything before her arrival. For some of the renovations we were living in the house. The team were very considerate and made the process very easy. They were clean and tidy with their work. We had quite a lot of work done (three bathrooms, a kitchen and new central heating installed). With that amount of work done it was inevitable that there would be one or two small problems. What was really impressive was how Bob and his team handled these. They were quick and responsive and would usually come within 24 hours to deal with any small issues that developed even after they had completed the job. We would highly recommend them!
We have been looking for a reliable and good builder to have our decking and artificial grass done in our garden. Bob and his team were by coincidence working in my next door neighbours’ house so we took the opportunity to get him at very short notice to do our garden. Bob told us from the start that he was very busy and had to go on a 2 weeks family holiday, but he can see what he’ll do. When he accepted the job, he gave us his labour costs and how long the work will take - both did not change as would with other builders. Bob and his team completed the job to a very high standard as planned and we were very happy with him and his team. His sense of humour and advice on products and style are great. He also did other bits in the house for us at no extra charge - brilliant. I will defo be calling him again (he’s actually stuck with me now????) and have already recommended him to a few family and friends when they see his work!???????? KEEP UP the GREAT JOB, Bob????????????
It was a delight to have met Bob and his team, I have nothing bad to say about the work they did for us. Bob and his team were very professional from start to finish and their work is absolutely fantastic and I will be glad to recommend them to everyone. I have already recommended them to my nephew and a family friend and they all have nothing bad to say about Bob and his team only happiness about the job they did for them. I must mention that throughout the building process there wasn’t a single time did our daily activities came to a standstill at any point in time, Bob and his team were very considerate and very tidy. They were always ready to help even to the point of doing jobs which was not included in the original contracts. They sort out my garage door for us when the company that installed it couldn’t. They are a great team and I will recommend them to anyone. Love xxx.
BVAS Bob has carried out various works for me and my son over the last approximately 12 years. This company is the best I have ever employed I cannot praise them enough. They are courteous, caring and very efficient. Being a single woman I've had tradesmen who have not cared. When I discovered BVAS I was relieved to finally find an honest company. Bob has always wanted to ensure I was happy with works carried out. Even to the point when installing my boiler I wanted it higher. Causing him extra work he actually raised it for me. I was amazed he cared that much. Bob went that extra mile which I find very rare. Cannot praise or recommend enough. Excellent company.
