We have used Pilkingtons for many years and have received consistently excellent service, whether buying, selling, seeking advice or for jewellery repairs. The latter has involved antiques as well as more recent pieces. Whatever the requirement or challenge, it has been met with extreme courtesy and a smile. What more could anyone want?! Highly recommend Pilkingtons!

I have an Armani watch and needed the battery replaced. I went into two well known high street jewellers who both said my watch needed to be sent to Armani for the battery to be replaced. They both went on to say also it would take four weeks to come back and cost me £45. I didn't fancy being without my watch for four weeks so called my local jeweller 'Pilkington's'. The very helpful lady said "Bring your watch down and we'll do it whilst you wait". From walking in the door to leaving with a new battery in my watch was 5 minutes and it cost £13. Brilliant service, will deffo use again.

ZERO STARS - DO NOT USE THIS JEWELLERS. Watch repair to a Cartier watch with huge sentimental value. TERRIBLE SERVICE and an EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE WATCH REPAIRER who said it 'wasn't an expensive watch and he didn't care about the sentimentality'. He said if I wasn't happy 'don't come back'! FAILED ON BOTH WATCH SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. His vulgar and aggressive behaviour was completely uncalled for and highly unacceptable. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK OR RECOMMENDING THIS SHOP.

For the love of all things that are still good and pure in this world, I beg if you, nay, I implore you, please fix your alarm system. I quite confidently speak for the whole of Bexley Village here, your late night/early morning alarms going off are beyond tedious and this has been going on for years - we all have to get up for work or school. I notice the police no longer rush out to check on your shop, presumably because they expect a mouse has probably set off a movement sensor....again. No on in the village cares anymore when they hear your alarm. Get a silent alarm and stop bothering us with your false alarms. A menace to society if ever there was one!
