Went to fix a watch here that used to be water resistant and the watch was returned to me non water resistant. Very rude service from Raj when asking to fix the water resistance of the watch. He kept blaming the customer for the fact that the watch was no longer water resistant. When asking for a refund or at least for the watch to be fixed free of charge after spending the money on it, he refused. Wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone and a very unpleasant experience.
Super friendly and kind owner and staff helped shorten my bracelet free of charge on the spot. Highly recommended and will go back to buy something for sure. It certainly made my day! Thank you so much again! :-)
Really professional jewellers. Friendly and passionate staff that went above and beyond to ensure I got my mums Christmas present. Presented us with a wide range of products and gave us advice and guidance throughout our shopping experience. We got exactly what we wanted and even got a nice Christmas discount. This was my first time purchasing jewellery and I will 100% be coming back to this jewellers for future purchases.
Fantastic jewellers, they fixed my broken sliver (Links of London) necklace, adjusted the chain so that the original pendant could be placed back at no extra charge. Great customer service, good communication and quick turnaround too.
Took my wedding ring in to be resized 2 sizes. I was told that resizing could make stones loose but proprietor said it would be fine. They do a 24 hour service, so went back to pick it up next day and found there was a stone, missing. There was no quibble, very good service, they took it back and another 24 hours later I had a ring that fit with all its diamonds intact. I have used them before for watch batteries and jewellery repair. Most jobs turned around either immediately while you wait or next day.
