Enquired about cleaning of a ring over the telephone. Gary talked me through the process, next day service & cost. The very next day took my late mum’s engagement ring in. It’s never been cleaned, bought in 1968. So it was very dull & really lost its sparkle. Picked up the 24hrs later & wow! The ring is stunning, taken aback how quick & personable the service was.
